Championing wholesome child development through medicine, storytelling,
and family empowerment.
As a clinician and educator, I am passionate about helping families raise healthy, confident children through evidence-based medicine, intentional parenting, and practical lifestyle guidance. My work blends pediatric expertise with a deep commitment to nurturing children's physical, emotional, and cultural well-being.
With training from Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, and as a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP), I have spent over a decade supporting families in clinical, community, and faith-based settings. I also founded Rootts Childcare, a platform dedicated to simplifying child health and empowering parents with clarity and confidence.
Beyond medicine, I write children's books—including the Medi-Tales series—to help young readers understand health in fun, relatable ways. I also create self-help resources for waiting mothers, offering faith-based encouragement, emotional support, and tools for navigating seasons of expectation with hope and grace.
My growing passion for Lifestyle Medicine reflects my belief that long-term child and family well-being is built on nourishment, movement, emotional balance, and healthy habits—practices that help children and parents thrive together.
